Director of Student and Staff Services

This year marks my 10th year at Sycamore Academy, and I am proud to have grown alongside this remarkable community of students, staff, and families. I began my journey here as a classroom teacher before developing our Home Study Program to provide students with greater flexibility and support. I later served as the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Coordinator, partnering with teachers and families to strengthen academic and behavioral systems schoolwide.

In 2024, I stepped into the role of Director of Student and Staff Services, where I have the privilege of supporting both student programs and the dedicated educators who make Sycamore Academy an outstanding place to learn and work. My goal is to foster an inclusive, supportive environment where every student can thrive and every staff member feels valued and empowered.
